Bolt connection is an important component in mechanical structure which significantly affects the dynamic property of whole structure. In this paper, a three-dimensional transition interface model contains geometric and physical parameters proposed to bolted joint based on contact analysis. The are used characterize influence area pressure related such as material, roughness, thickness, tightening force, respectively. After that, parameter identification method proposed, database bolt joints for machine tools constructed Kriging interpolation method. Then, updating combination modal frequency response function identify thickness model. after verifying validity Finally, engineering example engraving tool check practicability usage database.
